Welcome to The Nook. By accessing or using our website (shopthenook.ca) or shopping with us in person at the Calgary Farmers' Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Pricing

We do our best to display our products, colours and pricing as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit quantities.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order at any time. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Refills & In-Store Purchases

Refill products are sold by volume at our in-store refill stations. Containers brought in for refilling must be clean and suitable for the product. We reserve the right to decline a refill for any container we deem unsafe or unsuitable.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including our name, logo, images and text - is the property of The Nook and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Nook is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
